Currently, nominations are being sought for the 22nd annual Warren W. Eukel Teacher Trust Awards. The award includes a monetary grant to be used in any way the recipient chooses.

To apply, Please complete this nomination form. Any K-12 teacher at a public, private or parochial school in Contra Costa County is eligible. On the nomination form, please indicate how the nominee shows excellence in the classroom and a caring and inspirational attitude towards students.

After the Eukel Trust receives all nominations, nominees are mailed a brief questionnaire to complete. Finalists are selected from the nomination forms and teacher questionnaires. Only nominees who have completed their questionnaire, and who have been selected as a finalist, will be interviewed. Any candidate may be resubmitted, except for prior winners.
